Worldwide Shipping
We proudly ship orders worldwide via our reliable courier partners — DHL, FedEx, and UPS — ensuring fast and secure delivery.
Processing Time
- In-stock items: Ship within 3–5 business days
- Custom orders: Ship within 10–15 business days (depending on embroidery or printing requirements)
Estimated Delivery Time
- International: 7–14 working days
Shipping Costs:
Shipping costs are calculated based on order weight and destination.
Orders above a specific value may qualify for free shipping (check promotions at checkout).
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp to monitor your shipment in real time.
Customs & Duties
For international orders, any applicable import taxes, duties, or customs fees are the buyer’s responsibility. JB Gi Gear is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
Returns & Exchanges
Return Eligibility
We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery if:
- The product is unused and unwashed
- The item is in original packaging
- A valid proof of purchase is provided
Non-Returnable Items
- Custom-embroidered or printed products
- Personalized uniforms
- Clearance sale items
Return Process
- Contact our support team at support@jbgigear.com or via WhatsApp.
- Please provide your order number and the reason for your return.
- Once approved, you’ll receive the return address and instructions.
- After inspection, your refund or replacement will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund promptly.
Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement if production has not yet begun. Custom orders cannot be canceled once design approval is received.
